Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the AI Period Tracker mobile application (the "App") operated by AIWF ("us", "we", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the App.
2. The App is Not Medical Advice

The AI Period Tracker App is a cycle tracking tool and is provided for informational purposes only. It is NOT intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
- The predictions provided are estimations based on statistical data and user-reported information. They should not be relied upon for contraceptive purposes or to diagnose any health condition.
- AIWF assumes no responsibility for any actions taken, or not taken, based on the information provided by the App.
3. User Obligations
As a user of the App, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information regarding your cycle and health data.
- Be responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your account password and activity under your password.
- Be at least 14 years old, or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
4. License to Use the App
AIWF grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use on mobile devices that you own or control, and subject to these Terms.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AIWF, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
